I am writing up the student instructions. I finished the intruction page yesterday. I will upload whatever I’ve got onto the DataONE internal website at the end of the day, in case anyone is curious about progress.
This week, I will be writing up the instructions for student to investigate the correlations between host traits and parasite diversity, including the main instructions, and instructions for analyzing the data in R. I have been trying out this package recently for some other projects.
